HEATING/BENDING MACHINE mod. BANK 1500
The Heating/Bending Machine mod. BANK 1500. ,
was projected and built to heat plastic sheets (see the following list) in such a way
as to bend them without internal or external striations and/or burnings:
– polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA)
– polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
– polystyrene (PS)
– acrylic butadiene styrene (ABS)
– polystyrene foam (PVC)
– polycarbonate (PC)
– polyethylene (PE)
– polypropylene (PP)
– teleftarated polycondensation product (PE)
– vinyldene polyfluoride (PVDF) (PETG)
For this reason the machine has – like optional – the possibility to assemble 1-4 heating bars.
Thanks to the last innovations, the SOTA has a well-delimited radiation area,
this allows to bend perfectly the used material and control its ray.
A pantograph system is assembled on the machine for radiating area adjustment.
Thus the system allows to keep the parallelism of the cooling groups.
